With a failing, cracking brick façade, this local property owner required engineered repairs to ensure the ongoing safety of both the tenant and their investment. After approaching Visage they were keen to look into refurbishing the entire façade and replacing the hardstand at the same time.
The final solution delivered by Visage Projects included a new façade and car park with structural, architectural and aesthetic features all delivered through our ability to provide an ‘all-in-one experience’. Completion was on budget and on time with the property tenant’s production not being disturbed during construction.
Removal & Replacement of a Forklift damaged section of Hardstand. Visage completed these works in just one day to minimise downtime.
Big Gun Butchers is a purpose built facility specifically designed to cater for the needs of a growing retail butcher and meat processing facility. We were able to provide them with an entirely new facility that met all their requirements including sufficient parking through the use of both ground floor and upstairs parking along with the large retail shop & processing plant on the ground floor. Construction time was approx. 5 months.
This local chiropractic practice came to Visage to inject some new life into the old building they originally ‘reluctantly bought’ 11 years ago. Dr Joe, owner of Bremer Chiropractic wasn’t sure what he wanted it to look like but from the very first concept Visage presented, they knew it was “what they wanted to do right away”.
From there Visage delivered the entire project from planning and approvals through to construction and completion. Throughout this, the practice was able to stay open the entire time. Within a week of revealing the fresh, new façade, Bremer Chiro had already experienced some amazing benefits from the refurbishment:
With the need to meet fire compliance requirements, this Distribution Centre engaged the diverse abilities of Visage’s Building Services team. Works included extending a suspended slab, blockwork, fire door installation and flashing works, all to fire separation standard requirements.
A two-unit, industrial warehouse currently progressing through construction. Visage has seen this project right from initial feasibility through design and approvals and now construction.

With a rapidly growing Yoga Studio in the picturesque hills of Upper Brookfield, Celia Roberts (owner of BIYOME) needed more space. With some initial concepts and ideas, Visage was able to create an effective solution to doubling the capacity of the facility whilst bringing some stunning architectural features to add to the breathtaking views! The end result is a testament to the level of workmanship and attention to detail Visage delivers.
An iconic Brisbane landmark, the Regatta Hotel Boatshed is a notable project in the history of Daniel’s (Founder of Visage) construction experience. Daniel was the principal contractor on the original construction of The Boatshed back in the early 2000’s and successfully delivered this well-known venue on time and to budget.
Another well-known Brisbane venue, the Alliance Hotel is a notable refurbishment that Daniel (Founder of Visage) completed back in the early 2000’s. The works which incorporated heritage requirements brought new life to the property and the venue’s street appeal.
This Distribution Centre was experiencing reoccurring damage to the kerbing in their Goods Receiving driveway. Visage provided a solution with a new shape for better truck access, a stronger ‘hob’ design and bollards.
In view of establishing their operations at their new facility, this small business required a new office and dispatch area layout. Visage demolished the existing office and constructed a new despatch and entrance area.
An Industrial tilt panel warehouse incorporating 600m2 of warehouse space with a further 200m2, two-storey office fit-out. Visage successfully delivered this project right from initial feasibility through to the full design and construction project.
